At SknMaxxing, we are committed to your satisfaction and the integrity of every product we deliver. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products — and in accordance with hygiene, safety, and quality control standards — we do not accept physical returns of any facial serums or cosmetic items.
However, we stand behind our products. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
Eligibility for Store Credit
You must report any issue with your order within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. You may be eligible for a store credit in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received an incorrect item
Store credits are not issued for personal preference, dislike of scent or texture, incorrect use of the product, or individual skin reactions. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.
How to Submit a Claim
To request a store credit, please email us at sknmaxxing@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
All claims are reviewed as promptly as possible. If approved, your store credit will be issued electronically.
Store Credit Terms
- Store credit is equivalent to the value of the affected product
- Valid for use exclusively on sknmaxxing.store
- Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
- For promotional or discounted items, credit will reflect the price actually paid
No Cash Refunds
SknMaxxing does not issue cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method under any circumstances. Our store credit policy allows us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
No Physical Returns Required
We do not request the return of any product, nor do we accept returned items under any circumstances. You keep the product.
SknMaxxing reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria, limit the number of claims per customer, and take action in cases of fraudulent or abusive activity.
